How do I ask for a replacement or refund?
To initiate a request for return or replacement or questions, please reach out to us at email@example.com. If you are eligible for return or replacement, you will receive a return shipping label, as well as instructions. Return requests that fail to meet this policy will not be eligible for refund or replacement.
