Our Sencyr approach is to provide you with not only products but also personal support from our experts. We believe community, support, and human contact play a huge role in healing from acne and other skin problems.

Our researchers, dermatologists, and customer support team are here to answer any questions throughout your 30-day treatment cycle. We value (and encourage!) your feedback during this time as we use it to continuously improve our products and services. 

1. Match-making

To determine the severity of your acne, our skin experts will consult with you on a 10-minute intake call. If Sencyr LiveProbiotics™ can improve and support your current skin condition—great! But if it cannot, we have the integrity to say it. 

2. Onboarding

Following your intake process, we kick start your Sencyr RESET with a 15-minute call to equip you with all the info you will need. Be it ingredients, product usage, nutrition and self care - just shoot all your questions and we are here to answer them.

3. Monitoring

We will send you a progress survey by email on day 1 and on day 30. Post completion of the survey, your results shall be tracked and monitored by Sencyr’s dermatologist and skin experts. You shall be advised on your next steps based on your results. 

4. Way forward

On day 28, we check in (10-minute call) to make sure you have a plan for the weeks ahead—whether you need support to improve, maintain, or extend your results and/or to receive feedback on your 30-day experience with Sencyr.
